This one-story, side-gabled Ranch house is four bays wide and single-pile and faces the rear 409 North Churton Street, though it has a 105 West Orange Street address. The house has aluminum siding, two-over-two horizontal-pane wood-sash windows, and a concrete-block chimney on the rear (west) elevation. The three-light-over-two-panel door is sheltered by a two-bay-wide, engaged shed- roofed porch supported by square posts. The house was likely constructed in the 1950s.
