Built as a Roy Rogers' Roast Beef fast-food restaurant circa 1968. Was a Biscuit Towne, USA restaurant from 1981 to 1983. Was an Arby's Restaurant from 1983 to 1988. Then was the offices for the Chapel Hill Herald newspaper from 1989 to 1999.
After 1999, it was used by various businesses until it was sold and demolished in 2013. It is now...yes, you know what I'm about to say...a parking lot.
