Built in 2014-15, this 1 1/2 story house combines Colonial Revival and Craftsman features (with some contemporary materials, like the steel railing on the porch and steps. A full-width, shed-roofed front porch is supported by straight box columns, each with a minimal squared cap and base. Tall 4 over 4 windows flank the front door symmetrically, and single 4 over 4 window is centered on the short end of the front pile. The side view of the rear pile echoes the front, and between the two is a stuccoed, cross-gabled connector with a shed dormer facing west (containing 4 4-over-4 windows in the dormer.)

Not a fan of the brick type on this house.
