Text from Orange County survey performed by hmw Preservation 2017
”The impressive side-gabled bungalow has a number of early outbuildings constructed concurrent with or shortly after the house, which county tax records dates to 1906. The one-and-one-half story, frame bungalow is three bays wide and double-pile with a symmetrical façade with shed-roofed front dormer. It has a brick foundation, plain weatherboards, a 5V roof, interior brick chimney, and replacement windows throughout, mimicking the original four-over-one Craftsman-style sashes that remain in one of the sheds. A full-width engaged shed-roofed porch supported by wood posts on brick piers shelters the four-light-over-three-panel door. There is a gabled ell at the right rear (northwest) and a shed-roofed wing at the left rear (southwest). Work on the house, currently in progress, includes the removal of artificial siding and the repair of wood siding and the reinstallation of original porch railings (which were located inside one of the rear sheds).”
