This two-story, front-gabled house is of modern construction. It is three bays wide and single- pile with a two-story, gabled wing with a slightly lower roofline centered on the rear elevation and flanked by one-story, shed-roofed sections on the left (north) and right (south) elevations. It has a stuccoed foundation, fiber-cement siding, wood shingles in the front gable, a metal roof, and one-over- one windows throughout. The entrance, centered on the façade, is sheltered by a hip-roofed porch that wraps around the right and left elevations and is supported by square columns. County tax records date the building to 2011.
