(Below in italics from the National Register nomination; not verified for accuracy by this author)

Constructed as a simple one-story, triple-A-roofed house, this house has been significantly altered with additions on the left (south) and rear (west) elevations and the loss of most of its historic fabric. The house has a stuccoed foundation, vinyl siding and windows, and an asphalt-shingled roof. The half-glazed front door is sheltered by a replacement, shed-roofed porch supported by square posts. There is a gabled ell at the right rear (northwest) that appears original to the house. However, a gabled hyphen at the rear of the rear ell connects to a massive one-and-a-half-story, front-gabled garage with vinyl siding and windows and a large gable on the north elevation. County tax records date the building to 1921 and the additions to the left and rear were completed in 2000
