(Below in italics is from the National Register listing; not verified for accuracy by this author.)

Typical of the turn-of-the-century I-house form, this two-story, triple-A-roofed house is three bays wide and single-pile. It has a stuccoed foundation, plain weatherboards, two-over-two wood-sash windows, diamond- shaped vents in the gables, and boxed eaves. The one-light-over-three-panel door is sheltered by a three-bay-wide, hip-roofed porch supported by turned posts. There is a one-story, gabled ell at the rear with a small, shed- roofed wing beyond. County tax records date the building to 1921 and the building appears on the 1924 Sanborn map.
