This "statue" was controversial, believe it or not

...because the design that was voted for by the community was vetoed by developer G. H., who preferred this one apparently. When it was installed, some of us called the library design "Boring" and this statue "More Boring" (or, "Boring I" and "Boring II"...and actually, the names were/are interchangeable).
